At LiveBot® we do things a little differently. We operate on a pay-for-performance model. Rather than paying a monthly fee, you only pay for the leads that your LiveBot® generates. But, because of this, we can only work with selected businesses...

Unfortunately, we're unable to work with everyone.
Creating a LiveBot® is top-heavy, meaning there is a lot of work that goes into the initial setup. Because of this, we're unable to work with everyone. We have strict criteria that must be met in order for us to work together. Essentially, this means that we can only work with firms that are a 'good fit'.

What makes a good fit?
Several things. Culture is important, everyone wants to work with people they like. Also your business model may or may not be appropriate for the pay-for-performance model. We also need to consider some other metrics such as website traffic and conversion ratios.

Why do we use a pay-for-performance model and not a flat monthly fee?
Firstly, we do this to de-risk your decision to use a LiveBot®. We know LiveBots® work and the easiest way to demonstrate this is to 'put our money where our mouth is'. Secondly, the pay-for-performance model means we are incentivised to deliver a really great solution. The better the solution we deliver, the better the result is for both of us. Simply put, our goals are aligned.
